Our Expert Team

Mr. Rudresh Ganganna

Founder & Chief Faculty

Rudresh Ganganna has 20 years of Industry experience in CFD analysis, Thermal design and Acoustics. He is an alumnus of Siddaganga Institute of Technology (SIT -Tumkur), commenced the career at Indian Institute of Sciences (IISc- Bangalore) under Prof.S. Soundranayagam, a world renowned Turbo Machinery and CFD technologist from United Kingdom.
Subsequently he worked with LM Wind power R&D Centre (Subsidiary of GE Wind), Larsen & Toubro Technology Solutions and Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO).
Rudresh is passionate to teach CFD and has trained more than 1000 Engineers who are successfully employed at various Organizations like GE, Honeywell, Lam Research Corporation, Applied Materials, Intel, TCS, General Motors etc.
He is one of the leading consultants in the area of Computational Fluid Dynamics, Structural analysis and is handling complex Industry projects with reputed Organizations like ISRO, DRDO, Sabic, L&T, Skanray Healthcare, JSW, TATA Elxsi.

Mrs. Kamala Nagaraja

Senior Faculty

Kamala Nagaraja has approximately 18 years of Industry experience in Product Engineering and process development. She has Bachelor degree in Engineering from Industrial engineering and Management from MS Ramaiah Institute of Technology and PGDBA (HR) from Symbiosis University.
She has worked with prestigious company like Tyco Electronics, Wipro Engineering Solutions and Lam Research Corporation- a Leading American Semiconductor Company.
Kamala has an experience on concept design, product development, team building and process development. She has worked with cross cultural team specifically with US and UK team in her previous ventures
She has 12+ years of experience on CAD software like Creo and UG NX and has worked on Productivity and quality improvement projects of CAD design.
