Frequently Asked Questions

We hope this section will answer basic queries the student may have.

You should be from Mechanical, Aeronautical, Aerospace , Industrial Engineering background with exposure to subjects like Strength of materials, material science, Mechanical design etc.

Yes, Final engineering students are eligible.

CAD modeling is also one of the activities in Product development cycle like CFD and FEM analysis. If you learn this course it will definitely help you to upgrade your career. However, you should be in a position to independently execute the projects on FEM analysis.

Niharika Institute uses genuine and Licensed version of FEM softwares. We will provide high end work stations (up to 256 GB RAM, 64 core processor) for all the students during the training programme. Note this is applicable only for Inhouse (offline) training at our office at Rajajinagar, Bangalore.

Our training is based on complex, real time Industrial projects. After completion of the course, student will be in a position to independently execute CFD analysis projects, which ensures greater employability chances. We generally forward best performing students resume to many companies upon their requirement, however we do not use such Information for marketing purpose. We help students to properly structure their resume and conduct mock up Interviews. Beyond this we don’t make any assurances.

Always there are hidden charges. We advise students NOT to fall into debt trap and get troubled by Loan Recovery agents. Always look for a training Institute which provides you Immense technical skills and the best quality training. Once you are trained enough to execute Industry projects independently, your employability chances will be very high. In this digital world, searching for a job is easy with platforms like Linkedin, naukri.com etc. No recommendation is needed for a job in a private company.

Recommendations, Influence etc does not work in most of the Private Companies. Networking helps in learning about the companies and openings available in their companies and rest is based on your skills and talent. Normally any Private company expects a revenue generation equivalent to 7 to 8 times your annual salary. This is must to sustain and grow in your career. If you have the skills to execute the project Independently, deliver best results, enhance customer satisfaction and there by enhance revenue growth, you can sustain and grow in your career.
